Why is Our Gallery Called the Federal Curator?

The Federal Curator is political in only one way.

Locality.

‍

It aims to be a gallery purposefully designed to allow each State and her artists a place to present. Art, local art. Art that is sometimes inspired by their state, art that is sometimes in spite of it. We find that in this growing digital age, we are met apathetically with either ideal. The "goodness" of art, or the locality that you can find it in.

To bridge that area is our wish. Allowing artists that would meet in their communities an online space built to edify the physicallity of having other pieces next to theirs

All galleries are curated, discussed, and placed to prompt discussion and interaction. If you have any questions about the pieces, we are happy to introduce you to the artists if they themselves wish to talk to you.
